BALI / INDONESIA
23rd – 24th April 2016 (PART 2)
Hi folks and thanks for stopping by the baliwaves (keeping you in the loop with Bali since back in 1999) for the start of another surfing week. For our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the Worlds No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Ok people here’s another action packed photo gallery that we shot here through the weekend. The waves didn’t stop through Saturday and Sunday with opportunities to surf both East and West Coast. Saturday we were down at Uluwatu with some very nice left handers peeling off in the 2-4ft range with bonus 5-5ft+ freak sets. Surfing conditions were clean and tidy with off shore wind.
These 110 photos have been loaded in the order they were shot, (in order to spare me another 10 mins in front of this computer, bahaha)
Then yesterday the 24th we were over surfing right handers on the East Coast. Wave height was also a bit like the day before with 2-4ft waves and 5-5ft+ set waves when they came through. Surifng conditions where we were were also clean and glassy through until late morning when the SE Trade wind kicked in. Crowd wise it was a bit busy at times but there were a lot of waves pouring through. I shot another 500 photos yesterday and we’ll try and get them loaded up later this afternoon.
Weather wise it was a weekend full of blue sky and sun shine here in Bali.
This morning the 25th and it’s just gone 5.15AM and time to get ready to go see what the surf is doing. So stay tuned to the baliwaves for futher up dates through out the day via our Twitter and Instagram feeds.
