BALI / AUSTRALIA
5th – 6th August 2016
Hello surfers and thanks again for dropping into the baliwaves (for surfers by surfers, since back in 1999) for our Sunday Session on surfing and weather conditions from the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination, Bali.
Well after looking at this fresh batch of photos it’s pretty obvious that Ketut and the boys have been scoring some nice waves over on the East side of town. As it shows there was plenty of swell and good early morning off shore wind to keep everyone sedated. The boys also pushed a little further up the coast and were lucky enough to catch a few fun waves with a light and mellow crowd.
Ketut’s 6.45AM surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban this morning the 7th was calling wave height in the 2-3ft+ range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Surfing conditions were clean with the wind out of the NE.
Ketut has also sent another 100 or so photos from where they were surfing yesterday. Plus we have another surf up date and photos from our friends at Joyo’s G-Land Surf Resort. So stay tuned and I’ll get onto it asap.
On my front I’m still in Oz trying to keep warm waiting to go back under the knife this Wed then fingers crossed back to Bali asap with a repaird body.
Ok have a nice Sunday where ever you have wound up.
