Hello everyone and thanks for taking the time out to swing by the baliwaves (keeping you in the loop with Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination, Bali.
I reckon that’s a pretty fair statement, “the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination” where else is there that’s as easy to get to, has more perfect waves than anywhere else I can think of on just one island all year round, perfect weather, great food and fantastic hosts, and great value for ya buck.
Anyway we all know that anyway, right. So here’s another fresh photo gallery from yesterday the 1st over at Keramas on Bali’s East coast. Ketut was over there early and said it was good to see some local boys out there shredding it up. As it shows wave height was mainly in the 2-4ft class with a light and variable wind.
This morning the 2nd and seeing as though things are a quite around the place Ketut and I headed into Denpasar city to get some new board racks fitted to the car. But we did get a surf check in the Outer reefs here in Tuban early this afternoon. Wave height between Kuta Reef and Airport left was showing in the 2-4ft range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. The tide was still pretty full and the best waves were down on Airport Left. Kuta Reef wasn’t getting much action with big tide and strong off shore wind.
Weather wise outside it’s been another very hot and sunny day here on the holiday island. Temperature is currently on 32C with the wind now coming outta the SSE at 9 – 14knot.
The next tide today here in Bali will be a 0.1mtr dry reef exposing Low at 4.30PM.
