Hi everyone and thanks for tuning into the baliwaves (keeping you amped up for your next Indo surf trip since back in 1999) for our latest news and of course the best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from right here on your first choice tropical surfing holiday destination, Bali.
Rightio here’s another fresh photo gallery that we shot down at Indonesia’s premier surfing location, Uluwatu. By the time we arrived on the scene yesterday around 9.30AM wave height was already cranking through in the 4-6ft class on the Main Peak. The tide was still running in and the wind was blowing hard off shore outta the ESE. Crowd wise it wasn’t too bad with around 40 surfers in the line up. There were some sick deep tube rides going down while we were on the scene.
Weather wise it was pretty much blue sky and sunshine yesterday after a few drops of early morning rain.
Today the 9th and the charts are calling for a solid new swell to start showing sometime today, but at the moment we are still waiting for it. Wave height on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was breaking in the 2-4ft range at the time with the wind already fresh out of the East blowing straight off shore. There’s a big chance we might see some more size as the tide fills in The next tide this morning will be a 0.9mtr Low around 8.00AM

I’ve also been getting some email from concerned holiday makers over the news paper selling crap about banning cold Bintangs in Bali. For all our friends, this debate happens every year for years gone by. It does sell some news papers but that’s about it, cheers !
