BALI / INDONESIA
1st – 2nd October 2016
Hello surfers and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (keeping you in touch with Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from right here on your favorite tropical surfing holiday destination, Bali.
Ok so the last couple of days we have only had waist to head high waves at the better locations to surf. This photo gallery was shot yesterday over on the East side of the island. Yeah it was pretty small but still great fun to be in the water enjoying it and better than being at work right.
Weather wise it was so hot over on the black sand beach.
This morning the 3rd and finally we are starting to see some new swell hitting the reefs and beaches around the island. Our 7.00AM surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was showing wave height in the 3-4ft+ range between Kuta Reef and Airport Right. Surfing conditions were clean and glassy with the wind only just a breath out of the East.
I’ve also had a phone through from a friend down in the Bingin / Impossibles zone calling wave height lining up in the 3-5ft range as well.
It is looking a bit dull and grey outside this morning and I’m sure it has rained somewhere here on the island, not in Tuban as yet.
Ok friends have a good Monday, stay tuned for more news and up dates through out the day ok. Hey what a pleasure it was to watch the Sharks beat the Storm last night.
