BALI / INDONESIA
19th – 20th October 2016
Hello surfers and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves (The original Bali surf report website since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from here on everyone’s favorite tropical surfing holiday island destination of Bali.
Ok so here’s a quick collection of photo’s that we took yesterday up the coast a little ways at the Gu. Wave height was in the 2-4ft class and surfing conditions clean and tidy through until around 10.00AM.
This morning the 20th and my 7.00AM surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was showing a nice little pulse of waves. The tide was still a touch to low for Kuta reef or Airports but Middle Reef had some nice sized head to well over head high sets. The wind at the time was still fresh out of the North with a little bump on the faces. But now at 10.30AM the wind has dedicated to the ESE and just about time for me to head back down and do a brutal midday session maybe.
With this current swell direction we have at the moment I will tell you that there are plenty of waves over on the East side of town as well.
Weather wise today it’s going to be hot, hotter than yesterday even. so make sure your by the ocean or by the pool and drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated. I’d say even now the temperature would be well over 30 Celsius and still climbing.
Ok friends thanks again for checking out the baliwaves and don’t forget to check some of the special deals we are offering in order to get you some new camera equipment.
