Hello surfers and thanks again for tuning into the baliwaves (wishing you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from here on the happy little tropical holiday island of Bali.

Ok so as per our Twitter and Instagram feeds yesterday we were up the coast at one of my favorite locations and here are 40+ photos that we managed to shoot through out the morning while we were on the scene. The waves were a little small with the bigger set waves just going over head high, but surfing conditions were clean and not too many surfers in the water for our 4hr session, even the traffic wasn’t so bad for a change.
Weather wise it was overcast most of the day with some light rain accompanying us for most of trip up the coast, But once we were on location it was all good.
This morning the 16th and we choose to hit different location for a surf and hoping for low numbers in the water at Dragon Fly point, over on Bali’s East Coast. And we were lucky arriving to find some super clean and reeling chest to well over head high waves and only 5 other surfers in the water. In the end it was pretty much just our crew of 4 surfers in the water taking turns, gotta love that right.
Weather wise out there today we had a good mostly blue sky through the morning with some cloud cover moving in this afternoon. The midday temperature peaked at 34 degree’s Celsius and right now at 4.15PM the wind is coming out of the WSW at 8knot.
