BALI / INDONESIA
12th – 13th April 2017
Hello surfers and thanks for stopping by the baliwaves (keeping you in the loop with Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination, Bali.
Well we have had a bit of a break the last couple days and just walking down to the beach here in Tuban and surfing locally at Middle Reef and Airports. So much variety of fun to be had on the Outer Reefs of Tuban, wave height has only been in the 2-4ft range but loads of fun.
Today the 13th and we were up reasonably early and hunting for waves here on Bali’s West Coast. And as it shows in today’s photo gallery we didn’t do too bad. Wave height was mainly in the 3-4ft class with a couple of 5-6ft freak sets every now and again. The opening photos was of the biggest set wave of the day. There was already 3 surfers in the water when we arrived with the crowd maxing at 7.
Weather wise it’s been just as good here on the holiday island with loads of blue sky and beach weather. Right now at 4.25PM the wind is coming out of the SSE – SE at 8 – 11knot.
Changing dollars to Rupiah, it’s still great value if your changing dollars so get over here and relax.
I’ve also got a fresh surf report from Nias to load up for ya’s so keep an eye on the baliwaves ok.
