BALI / INDONESIA
7th – 8th June 2017
Hello everyone and cheers for dropping in to the baliwaves (the original Bali surf report since 1999) again today. For the latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from here on your favorite tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Yesterday the 7th we had a light wind early morning so we took a run over to the East Coast to see if there were any waves. And as it sows in today’s photo gallery it wasn’t too bad at all. Wave height was a consistant head high with some well over head set waves and plenty of hollow barrels for the boys and girls in the water. Surfing conditions were clean as silk while the wind held off and the crowd averaging around the 20 surfer mark for the couple of hours we were on the scene.
Weather wise it was mainly hot and sunny here on the holiday island with a few clouds passing through. emperature wise the mercury was sitting on 3o degree’s by midday and the SE Trade wind was reaching gusts up to 20 knot.
This morning the 8th and right now at 4.00AM we are just getting ready to hit the road to see if we can score some more clean waves up the coast. So stay tuned and I’ll be bringing ya’s up to date through out the morning via our baliwaves Twitter feed.
I’ve also loaded up new reports from G-Land, Nias and the Mentawai islands so check them out while your here.
