BALI / INDONESIA
1st June 2017
Hi folks and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves (bringing you the latest from Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from every sane surfers favorite tropical surfing holiday destination, Bali.
Ok so early this morning while the tide was still running out wave height was still showing in the 2-3ft+ region on the Outer Reefs between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. So we took a run down to the southern end of the island to see if there was any action at Bingin. There were a few coming through and a few lines starting to show on the Impossible stretch of reef. But Uluwatu was always going to be where the action was. And as soon as the tide turned and started to push back in a whole lot of swell came flooding in with it, as it shows in this current photo gallery.
Weather wise there was some cloud about early but there was plenty of sun shine by midday here along Bali’s West coast.
Ok peeps it started, phase one of two, we are looking at some more solid waves again tomorrow so make sure you stay tuned to the original Bali surf report website.
