Ok so the boys have been putting in some long days searching for quality waves and less crowds all over Bali the last week. Yesterday was no different and they were way up the coast at Medewi. As it shows in the photo gallery wave height was a decent head to well over head and peeling off for a good 100yrd plus. The fact the tide was low and plenty of rocks involved didn’t slow up the boys and girls. Surfing conditions were clean and glassy as usual through until the SE Trade wind kicked in around 10.30AM with on shore wind.
If your traveling up to Medewi make sure you check out MEDEWI BEACH COTTAGES that’s located right in front of the waves and locally owned and staffed. Big spacious bungalows in a big green grassy landscape full of gardens, not too mention the biggest and shadiest pool area within 50kms. Great food with traditional Balinese staff in costume in the big ocean front resto to go with it all.
Weather wise yesterday it was just another perfect hot and sunny day here on the tropical holiday island of Bali.
