BALI / INDONESIA
3rd November 2017
Hi folks and welcome back to the baliwaves (your eye’s on the Bali surf scene since back in 1999) for today’s news and our best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from out and about here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination, Bali.
Ok so this morning I had to head into Bali’s hustling and bustling metropolis of Denpasar city to have our car serviced. The bankl still owns most of her so gotta take good care of her so she can get us to the waves everyday right.
But while I was in town getting that done our man.. Ketut was over on the East coast checking out the waves at Keramas. As it shows wave height was still hanging in there at 3-4ft with the occasional bigger freak set. Surfing conditions were clean and tidy and at first the numbers were ok at 20 riders in the line up. But Ketut says as the tide filled in so did all the gaps in the line up. Any check out our latest photo gallery and you can still see there was some nice waves hitting Keramas this morning.
Weather wise it was a pretty mixed up day here in Bali. The day dawned a little cloudy with a few drops of rain. Then around 8.00AM the sky went black and it rained hard for maybe half an hour before clearing away for more blue sky and sun. Now at 3.30PM it’s a mostly blue sky with the temperature sitting on 31 degree’s Celsius, Humidity is at 67%. Wind direction is now coming out of the SE at 7-12knot.
Alright then friends that’s it for this arvo but tune in again tomorrow for another round of baliwaves on us.
