BALI / INDONESIA
15th – 16th November 2017
Hello everyone and welcome back to your baliwaves (your eye’s in Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and the very best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Ok so we have been back out on the road clocking up some serious K’s again looking for good waves and fun times. As it shows in this current photo gallery yesterday the 15th we were way up the West Coast. We didn’t pull up until 7.45AM after striking some bad traffic on the highway to hell but it was nice to see lots of long lines peeling off. There was quite a lot of kooks getting pushed in on mals on the top of the tide but by the time I leisurely got ready they were all just about back on shore putting betadine on their rock cuts and scrapes. Surfing conditions were as good as they get with the wind light off shore out of the NE, and it held out through until around 10.00AM.
Weather wise it was a little over cast with some sunny patches and the water was warm and almost clear.
Today the 16th and we ventured across to the East Coast for a look see and were happy to see head high waves with the occasional bigger freak set breaking. Surfing conditions were clean and glassy before the wind swung on shore to the ESE around 10.30AM. We did shoot another bunch of photos from where we were and I’ll get onto those asap and get em on line for ya’s.
Weather wise over on the East side this morning it was hot hot hot with the midday temperature around 33 degree’s Celsius on the black sand beach.
Ok crew time for me to go hit the shower and get everything ready for tomorrow and the search for more perfect waves here in Bali. Have a good one where ever you might be and stay tuned right here to the one and original Bali surf report website.
On the Sport Fishing scene here my crew have been doing extremely well with some solid catches of Spanish Mackerel, one boat landing 31 fish in one session. Contact us here if you would like to know more or get out for some Balinese sports fishing.
