Hello surfers and welcome back to the baliwaves (keeping up up to date with Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the best value for hard earned tropical surfing holiday dollar destination of Bali.
Ok so this mornings surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban was showing wave height to have dropped of a fraction with only 1-2 footers at best breaking between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Surfing conditions were do able with the wind light out of the N-NW at 2-5knot (7.00AM). I didn’t see any surfers in the water while I was on the scene though.
So with only a few decent options we opted in getting Ketut to take another run back up the West Coast, hoping for some semi clean conditions with a little bit of juice thrown in. As it shows in this current photo gallery wave height here was also down a touch but there was still the odd 3 footer (head high) coming through. With the smaller waves there’s never a shortage of keen surfers on the wave hunt and it showed this morning. Surfing conditions were pretty clean but there was still a bit of a bump from the NW wind.
Weather wise it’s a mostly hot and sunny one here on the island of the Gods, not even much afternoon cloud at the moment at 6.00PM. Let’s hope for some more of the same again today.
Ok that’s me for today but tune in to the original Bali surf report again tomorrow to see whats happening, we have got you covered.
Starting this week we are also very stoked to have Clive Rodell on board with baliwaves. Clive is going to be trying to keep us fit and in shape with his untold knowledge as a professional personal sports trainer. We’ll all be able to “ask Clive” any questions we have on training tips and for those with injuries how to get back on the road to recovery. Check out Clive’s BIO down below it’s pretty impressive, and stay tuned for his first installment.
I don’t know if it’s too early to start wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year for 2018 but we will anyway ok. Thanks for everyone’s positive support over the years and we are stoked to still be Indonesia’s No.1 surf report website thanks to all of you !
