Hello everyone and thanks for stopping by the baliwaves (keeping our Bali surf report fresh and up to date since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from here on the best value for hard earned tropical surfing holiday dollar destination of Bali.
Ok yesterday the 16th and we did still manage to get in the water even though wave height was only waist to chest high. Why not the sun was shining, the water clear and warm and the wind was blowing off shore. Always a pleasure to be out in the ocean if your a surfer right.
This morning the 17th we were hoping on a slight increase in wave height so we tried to get back over to the East coast a little bit earlier. As it worked out arriving at 7.00AM to find wave height had jacked up a foot or two with perfectly clean and glassy conditions. As it shows in our latest photo gallery wave height was in the waist to head high region with even a couple of slightly over head freak sets thrown in. Crowd wise it was looking good at first but within the hour I think half of South Korea was in the line up on long boards. But my team still managed to get their fair share of the better ones and we headed home with smiles.
Weather wise today was fairly overcast but with some sunny patches, right now at 3.45PM it’s slightly overcast the temperature on 29 degree’s Celsius, Humidity is at 78%. Wind direction is now coming out of the W-WSW at 8-12knot.
Hopefully there will still be a few waves out there for us again tomorrow so make sure you stay tuned to the one and only original baliwaves. Oh, I did a Google search on baliwaves and I had to laugh when I saw so many other new websites using “baliwaves” in their search engine headings. But just remember there is only one baliwaves and your here right now.
