Hi folks and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves (the original and best Bali surf rerport website since back in 1999) for our latest news and hard to beat views on surfing and weather conditions from here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination, Bali.
Ok then here’s a sik photo gallery that I shot today here on Bali’s best coast at Indonesia’s premier surfing location. As I mentioned in yesterdays update the weather always turns it on sometime early january and it’s happening right now. Fingers crossed it will hold on for another day or two. If you have checked the photos then you would have to agree that it was pretty damn good here in Bali today.
Weather wise it couldn’t have been much better with a light off shore wind through the morning before swinging to the NW-W late morning and then back around to the SSE by lunch time. Blue sky and warm water in january we are loving it.
Alright just a quicky but I will let you know that I’ve also loaded up a small short video clip onto our baliwaves facebook page so give that a run while your online.

Our traffic should also be getting back to normal again now with the only problem area’s being near the By Pass highway behind the airport where they are building a new under pass. The other cause from way to many taxi’s cruising around empty at 10-15km/per/hr.
news from Kerangasem (10k’s out) is that there has been no smoke coming out of Mt Agung over the last few days.
Our Fitness Guru Clive from “Ask Clive” has also sent us through another great article on keeping in shape and staying paddle fit, so make sure you check out Clive’s fitness tips.

I’d also like to give our mate Peter Neely from “Indo Surf and Lingo” a big shout out for letting us borrow their hard to get hold of and most important “ACCURATE” tide charts for 2018 which you can access here on the baliwaves.
