BALI / INDONESIA
11th – 12th April 2018
Hi surfers and thanks for stopping by the baliwaves (keeping you up to date with Bali’s surfing scence since back in 1999) for our no nonsense tell it and show it how it is news on surfing and weather conditions from here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination and the gateway to Indonesia’s surfing wonderland, Bali.
Ok so here we go again with another fresh and up close photo gallery that we shot yesterday here on Bali’s West Coast. As it shows wave height was in the chest to well over head high range with clean and tidy surfing conditions to go with it.
Today the 13th (Friday) and our morning surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was showing some fun sized waves in the waist to head high plus sector between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Surfing conditions were clean enough with a light and variable wind.
Ketut made a run over to the East side of the island to see what was happening at Keramas. But little did we know that the JPSA were holding their anual surfing contest so Keramas is closed to the public for the next week. So our man headed for Krupuk Pt where there was some nice waves barreling off in the chest to well over head high range and only 10 surfers in the water at the time. So stand bye for another batch of hot Bali surf photos asap.
Weather wise today the early morning cloud has cleared away and we have a mainly blue sky. Temperature wise the mercury is on 31 degree’s Celsius, Humidity is at 74%. Wind direction has been variable all morning but should settle into the Eastern quadrant this afternoon.
The next tide here in Bali will be a 0.6mtr Low @ 2.53PM
Alright then crew have a good Friday where ever you might be and stay tuned to the original Bali surf report website through out the weekend for more news photos and what evers happening here on the holiday island.
