BALI / INDONEISA
19th – 21st May 2018
Hi surfers and welcome back to the baliwaves (your eye’s in Bali since all the way back in 1999) for the latest news and the absolute best views on surfing and weather conditions right here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination and gateway to Indonesia’s surfing paradise, Bali.
Ok well I tell ya there hasn’t been a heck of a lot happening here surf wise the last few days. Well and for that matter from all reports I’ve had from around Indonesia there hasn’t been any decent waves between Sumbawa and the Mentawai Islands.
So I guess we are lucky to have a few head high waves with a little power hitting Uluwatu. As it shows in our latest photo gallery that we shot this morning. Our day started off with a surf check on the Outer Reefs that had 1-2 footers breaking between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Anyone that read our Twitter feed on baliwaves would already know this right. So from there I had Ketut take a run down to Ulu, knowing there would be a little more size and a lot more power involved.
Weather wise today we have a little bit of everything, cloudy then sunny then cloudy and even a few drops of rain late this afternoon to seal the deal. Wind wise that off shore SE Tradey is still blowing it’s guts out but hopefully will starting to ease off a bit soon.
Ok that’s about all I got for ya’s today I know your not that interested in seeing too many photos of small waves so I’ll try and get ya’s something else to look at shortly. Have a good one and stay tuned right here to the original Bali surf report website.
