BALI / INDONESIA
22nd – 23rd March 2019
Hello everyone and welcome back to the baliwaves (doing our best to keep you up to date with Bali’s surfing scene since back in 1999) For our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions here on the island of the Gods, and the No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination and gateway to Indonesia’s surfing paradise, Bali.
Ok just to bring ya’s all up to date, on the evening on the 21st I come down pretty hard with a fever that had me feeling like I was naked in the snow, so cold. Yesterday the 22nd was just lying in bed all day moaning and staying under the 2 quilts fully clothed in tracksuit and jacket. This morning the 23rd and the shivers and shakes are gone but I’m feeling kinda empty and weak, so I’m going to stay inside again today and try eat something. I tell ya living here in Bali as long as I have you almost expect to be struck down with 24-36hr fever from time to time.
Ok so seeing as I’m posted here at home and Ketut is MIA I’ve taken a trip in our photo archive vault back to the Padang Padang Cup in the 2012.
But for those fit and healthy it looks like there’s plenty of nice waves back over on the East Coast. Here on the West Coast we have the wind blowing light on shore out of WNW at 3-7knot.
The next tide today in Bali will be a 2.5mtr High at 11.37AM
Ok crew hopefully I’ll be back on deck tomorrow, have a good one and stay tuned right here to the original Bali surf report website, by surfers for surfers.
Alright then surfers have a good one and just CONTACT me if you need a hand with anything, and if we can help we will.
SURF WRITERS dept, if you’ve got something to contribute that other surfers might like to have a read of, maybe a funny yarn or some helpful experience to share. Please send it through and we’ll publish it here on the baliwaves, drop me a line and have a chat if you want.
