Hi folks and welcome back to the baliwaves (keeping you in touch with Bali’s surfing and weather scene since right back in 1999) for our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions here on the island of the Gods, and the No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination and gateway to Indonesia’s surfing paradise, Bali.
Ok yesterday the 6th and for some reason or another I was down and out and couldn’t get outta bed unless it was to visit the bathroom. My guess was food poison or maybe forgetting to wash my hands before eating combo. But coming good today and hopefully back in the water again tomorrow.
Today the 7th and Ketut has taken out our Team this morning with their first stop being at the ever famous location of Uluwatu. Our man called in from Ulu saying that it was in the 3-5ft range but with heavy rain down on the bukit and quite a few surfers in the water. So from there the boys headed to Balangan where wave height was in the 3-4ft+ range and only 7 surfers in the water and some nice lines peeling off from the point.
Weather wise outside here in Tuban we did have a few drops of rain early this morning but it has cleared up now and the sun powering up fast. Wind direction is blowing hard out of the ESE-SE and should stay that was for the rest of the day.
The next tide today in Bali will be a 2.5mtr High at 11.03AM
Swell forecast is showing plenty of swell heading our way right through till around the 13th – 14th with good ESE wind
Ok friends of Bali my next task today is throw together a new Bali Surfing Video featuring some Pro’s and average Joe’s. No to mention we have also loaded a new G-LAND SURF REPORT on site thanks to our friends at Joyo’s G-Land Surf Camp
