Hi folks and thanks again for dropping into the baliwaves (the original Bali surf report website since back in 1999) for our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions here on the island of the Gods, and the No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination and gateway to Indonesia’s surfing paradise, Bali.
Alright so here’s a whole bunch of photos from when we were up at maxing Canggu on the 9th. Just a quick up date this morning because we have waves to hunt down as usual. Canggu’s Sandbar section doesn’t hold that kind of size to often but when it does, well check the photos hey. Stand out surfer on the day was local surfing identity Putu “Gemuk” who also owns and runs the “SURFERS BAR” warung located right in front of the Sandbar, so of course he knows this wave inside and out so to speak.
Yesterday the 10th and we didn’t do too bad finding a few little waves peeling off with only half a dozen surfers in the water. I’ll show you some photos from there later this arvo if I get a chance. I’ve still got all the video footage from that day at Canggu to edit up as well so make sure you stay tuned to the baliwaves for the goods.
This morning the 11th and it’s just gone 4.44AM so I should have our Bali Morning Surf n Weather Report on line in another few hours. Make sure you get onto that in our Twitter (@baliwaves).
The next tide this morning will be a 0.7mtr Low at 7.56am.
Today’s Surf forecast is also calling for another slight bump in wave height and expecting the ESE-SE TRadewind to kick in hard around mid morning.
