BALI / INDONESIA
18th – 19th June 2019
Hello surfers and thanks for stopping by the baliwaves (The original Bali surf report since back in 1999) Make sure you keep on reading for more information on cheap surfers accommodation, surf, tide and weather info, discounts into G-Land and lots of other stuff.
Hey well to get the show on the road here’s 50 shit hot photos from over on the once jewel of the East Coast Keramas yesterday. AS it shows wave height was starting to bump up into the solid 5ft class and surfing conditions were clean and smooth as glass. Stand out surfer was local lad “Lempog Jackson” who just also happens to be one of the lifeguards at Keramas and arguably one the best front side tube riders and air punters in Bali.
Today the 19th and we hit the road to head down South pre dawn and arrived to find some clean waves in the 3-4ft class while the tide was still running in. Surfing conditions were clean with a light off shore wind and 6 other surfers in the water while we were on the scene. As we were leaving there were a couple of 5ft sneakers rolling through with a then empty line up. I’m thinking it’s going to be tomorrow with a little more size and consistency. So stay tuned for our Bali Morning Surf n Weather Report tomorrow morning on our Twitter feed on site.
Weather wise this morning it was a little cooler than normal with winter upon us now. Light off shore wind before the ESE Trade wind kicked in around 10.00AM. Mostly blue sky with a midday temperature of 29 degree’s Celsius.

Travel Tip #76251
Please take care and never ever leave any valuables in your car or under your motorbike seat as I’ve heard more reports of thieves plying their trade along some of the more secluded parking areas around Bali.
Also if you have any young surfers with the potential to excel and to get some professional training and coaching in all aspects of surfing then check out Tipi Jabriks “Grom Patrol” Bali surf training camp and contests that’s coming up soon.
You might have also noticed a new sponsor / advertiser on our home page (just above the surf report photos) a big welcome aboard to our old friends at SURFRESQ. These guys have a new device that will put your broken leg rope back together in seconds and will become a standard part of your surfing kit in the future. Check it out and see for yourself.
