Wow and what a week it has been for me but getting there. Firstly lets get some info on line thanks to Ketut and Ray. In the last 7 days it looks to me like we have been locked back into waist to slightly over head. Depending on when and where you chose to go for a paddle. The boys also took a trip up the coast and scored the Peak with head to over head high waves. It can be well worth the drive for the rewards.
Weather wise it’s a lot warmer there than here where I am. Ketut was saying we have had some super nice weather (as usual). Perfect mornings with those November storms off the coast of an afternoon.
Me yes well I was lucky enough to be able to get off island for a couple of weeks, back to Australia. I had been doing my best to keep flu free and tank’d up on vitamin C. But nah, the next day I was feeling a bit ordinary so took a RAT, negative. Two days later of more in room quarantine and and another negative RAT. See how I feel tomorrow, probably just a cold.
Tomorrow’s Surf Forecast; has that.. 2-4ft look about it again. The wind is predicted to be light and variable early before dedicating to the SW.
So unfortunately (I’ll be partially indisposed)so should I say fortunately we have Ketut and Ray to send us some photos and surf reports. Hang in there and after the birthday cake has settled from Mum’s birthday and I will be warming up the old bones again.
