Hello my friends and seeing as though it is a Sunday afternoon here on the happy little holiday island I’m going to keep this up date short and sweet. Our team was over on the East Coast around 7.45am this morning to find wave height as forecast yesterday still in the 3-4ft class with maybe even just a couple of slightly bigger freak sets. There was also a solid crowd of 30 and I reckon being a Sunday would have helped contribute to that factor.
At first surfing conditions were clean and tidy with the wind light off shore out of the NNW. But by 10.00am the wind had switched to the West and started to get stronger. Game over for us. But as it shows in our photo gallery from this morning there were a few nice waves for the local boys. Stand out surfer was East Coast local “Lempog Jackson”.
Weather wise it’s been mostly overcast and a little bit wet early. Now at 2.40pm the sky is starting to clear up and we might get another nice sunset here at Pantai Jerman. The temperature is still a warm 30C with the humidity at 79%. Wind direction is fresh out of the West 1t 21km/h.
The next tide in Bali today will be a 0.5 at 3.41pm.
Tomorrow’s Surf Forecast has the models predicting more of the 2-4 footers like we had today maybe starting to bump up a little through the later part of the day. More Westerly wind is also predicted.
