There was plenty on offer this morning at Canggu with 3 to 4 foot sets rolling through consistently. Offshore winds were on the job from early and held it tidy from 7AM right through until mid-morning when Ketut left the beach at 11AM, he reported a busy line-up, but the quality made it worth the hustle. Skies were a bit cloudy but the air was warm and the swell had plenty of push behind it.
This evening in Denpasar it’s sitting at 30°C, partly sunny with a southeasterly wind at 11 km/h. Feels like 36°C with humidity at 72%. Tonight has a high tide at 11:09PM, reaching 2.8 metres, tomorrow, brings a low tide at 5:21AM dropping to 0.7 metres, followed by a high tide at 11:49AM up to 2.7 metres, and another low tide at 6:35PM at just 0.1 metres.
The surf forecast is looking good through the rest of the week. Friday keeps the fun going with swell sitting around 1.3 to 1.4 metres, solid periods of 16 to 17 seconds, and offshore mornings expected to continue. The weekend looks better again. Saturday and Sunday are shaping up with consistent 1.6 to 1.9 metre sets, light winds early, and solid energy peaking through Sunday evening. Monday and Tuesday continue the trend with 2 metre lines, clean mornings and no sign of the swell backing down anytime soon.
