20th July 2025
Yesterday morning at Keramas delivered some classic East Coast juice with solid 4-6ft sets rolling through under clean offshore winds. From 6:30am until 10am, the lineup was handling the energy beautifully with around 15 surfers out by 9am and plenty of action. Long open faces, punchy sections and barrels galore made it worth the early start.
Weather & Tides
Early patchy cloud gave way to mostly sunny skies and warm conditions. It hit 26°C by mid-morning, feeling more like 28°C, with a light 9km/h breeze from the west. Forecast is for a top of 30°C and a low of 24°C. Winds are expected to remain light heading into the afternoon.
For the rest of today, we’re approaching the low tide of 0.6m at 1:37pm with an evening high tide peaking at 7:49pm at 1.2 metres. Looking ahead to tomorrow, the tide will top out early with a morning high at 7:18am reaching 2.1 metres, before dropping back to a low of 0.4 metres at 2:46pm, and building again with a high at 9:12pm sitting at 1.3 metres. Good windows lining up around that early tide push.
Surf Forecast
The swell forecast is showing the waves size continuing to fade, keep an eye on the coming weekend though – a solid swell looks to be on the way…
