Balian was serving up a smaller day of surf last Friday with clean 3ft waves rolling through on the sets. Conditions were still playful with the offshore breeze keeping the faces nice and tidy despite the cloudy skies. Crowds were steady with around 30 surfers spread across the peak by mid morning, all making the most of the fun conditions. The drive home had its challenges with a bit of traffic on the way back.
Weather & Tides
This afternoon in Bali we’re looking at cloudy skies with the mercury sitting around 29°C, feeling warmer with the humidity. Light drizzle could sneak through in patches, but winds will stay out of the ESE currently 17km/h.
For the tides today we have a high tide topping out at 1.0m at 5.02pm. Tomorrow the early risers can expect a high at 5.03am reaching 1.9m before the afternoon low of 0.50m at 1.46pm.
Surf Forecast
Looking ahead, the charts are showing a small bump in energy through midweek with the swell forecast showing a 2m+ swell kicking in from the weekend.. Winds remain mostly offshore to cross offshore through the mornings, shifting more onshore as the days heat up. .
