Canggu Surf Report – Tuesday 14th April 2026
Ketut was out at Canggu this morning with wave height sitting around 3 to 4 foot and light offshore winds keeping conditions tidy across the lineup. The swell was pushing in from the SW on a solid 13 to 14 second period, which helped the waves find some shape and line up across the reef. There were a fair few surfers spread across the peaks through the main morning window, still plenty of waves getting through with sets coming in consistently enough to keep things from getting too competitive at the peak.
The high tide peaked around 9am this morning which did the waves a favour, filling in the reef nicely and helping the faces clean up a bit. As the tide started to ease back from there, conditions held up well through the late morning. Ketut mentioned the offshore wind stayed consistent and didn’t swing during the session, which kept the faces looking clean all the way through. The long swell period meant the sets had a bit more push than the usual shorter period stuff and there were some longer walls getting through. Nothing too major in terms of size but fun waves about for anyone who made the early call.
Weather & Tides
Out there today it was sitting around 30C with light southerly winds holding offshore through the session, keeping the faces looking clean. Tide wise today the water was on the push early, reaching high tide around 9am before starting to ease back. The next low is due around 2:30 this afternoon before filling back in again toward a high around 8:30 tonight.
Surf Forecast
Looking ahead, the SW swell is set to hold through the rest of the week with 3 to 4 foot waves expected Wednesday and Thursday before nudging up toward around 4 foot on Friday. Check the swell forecast for the full picture. Early mornings should be the cleanest window before any local wind picks up through the day.
