BALI / INDONESIA
19th September 2015
Hi surfers and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves (working through the weekends since back in 1999) and welcome to the weekend and our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from here on your best bet to score perfect waves on your next tropical surfing holiday, Bali.
So our 6.30AM surf check on the Outer reefs of Tuban was showing wave height to be holding in the 2-3ft+ range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. The tide was still on the bottom of the low at the time so Middle Reef was the only option for the early paddle. Surfing conditions were clean and tidy with the wind already blowing lightly off shore outta the East.
But as it shows in today’s colorful photo gallery Ketut and the boys hit the road down to the bukit for a look at Balangan. Wave height was also in the 2-3ft+ sector and at 8.40AM there were only 10 surfers in the water with the tide running in. Surfing conditions were clean as a whistle with a light off shore wind.
Just to finish off today’s photo gallery I snuck a few frames in from our free to view Surf Cam that is over looking the line up on Impossibles and there looked to be a few lines bending down the reef down there this morning.
Weather wise this morning we had some more patches of cloud before the sun kicked into gear for a mostly hot and sunny afternoon. Right now at 4.00PM the outside temperature is still a warm 29 degree’s Celsius, Humidity level is at 79%. Wind direction is coming outta the SE – SSE with gusts up to 10knot.
