BALI / INDONESIA
16th November 2015
Hello everyone and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (keeping you in the loop with Bali since back in 1999) for the start of another surfing week and our latest news and best views on today’s surfing and weather conditions from right here on the World’s most wave riddled tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Ok so the boys were up early this morning and on their way down to the South Eastern end of the island to what was happening wave wise. And as it shows in today’s photo gallery they didn’t do too bad scoring some solid 3-5ft+ waves with clean off shore wind. Crowd wise the boys said it was a little bit busy but still everyone managed to get a few waves.
Weather wise it’s been another mostly hot and sunny day here on the holiday island with the midday temperature going well into the 30’s on the Celsius scale. Wind direction today was coming mainly out of the Western quadrant before swinging more to the SSE early this afternoon.
Ok I’d just like to remind everyone that might be heading to Bali and visiting one of the many many bars to keep an eye on their drinks and not leave them un attended while visiting the toilet / dancing etc as I learn’t first hand over the weekend.
It also looks like the Aussie budget airlines are slowly getting their stranded guests back home and hopefully everything will get back to normal again soon here in Bali.
The 2015 Asian surfing champion has been crowned over the weekend and hit this link for more information. www.asiansurfingtour.com
