Hello surfers and thanks again for dropping into the baliwaves (delivering the goods from Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best possible views from all over the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Ok so yesterday the 23rd we rolled over to the East side of the island with intentions of heading a little further up the coast. But in transit we spotted some small lines and light wind at a place called “Secrets” so we pulled in for a look see. Wave height was in the 2-4ft class and there were a few surfers riding the beach breaks, but no surfers on the A frame reef break. So it was a no brainer and the boys couldn’t get out there quick enough. By no means did we score the best waves on offer here in Bali yesterday but we did get to surf by ourselves in some pretty fair waves.
I’ve also loaded a couple of photos from Uluwatu that I shot earlier in the week.
Weather wise it was just plain hot here in Bali yesterday.
Today the 24th and due to me having to make a new passport so I can extend my business visa / working permit I had to stay at home. Missing out on where Ketut and my crew are surfing this morning. Ketut has called through calling long left handers peeling off for 200mtrs, off shore wind and no one else in the water at the time, bastards.
Weather wise out side right now at 10.05AM the temperature is already a warm 32 degree’s Celsius, Humidity level is at 74%. Wind direction is coming lightly out of the NNW at 5knot.
The next tide today in Bali will be a 2.3mtr High just after 11.00AM
