BALI / INDONESIA
25th – 26th March 2016
Hello everyone and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves (Keeping you excited about your next surfing mission to Indo since back in 1999) for our latest news and the very best views on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Alright so I hope you lot have all been getting as many waves as possible and enjoying this long weekend holiday. Just to get us rolling here are another 60+ photos that we shot down on the bukit yesterday afternoon with a setting sun. With out a doubt the place that was delivering the waves yesterday afternoon was Uluwatu’s low tide Racetrack section. As it shows in these photos it was hollow and lining up nicely with plenty of growers. And talk about tube riding, the boys from RipCurl were absolutely slaying it.
Weather wise it’s been basically hot and sunny with an early afternoon shower then hot again afterwards.
Today the 26th and with the wind already light on shore out of the West we decided to take a look over on the East side of the island. So our first views of Keramas were of 2-4ft+ waves with a light on sure wind and maybe 30 surfers in the water.Even though the wind was on shore surfing conditions were still pretty clean and tidy. I’ll try and get some photos edited up for you asap ok.
Weather wise today it’s been a carbon copy of yesterday, hot, wet, then hot again.Outside right now at 5.40pm the temperature is just starting to drop under the 30C mark with the wind coming out of the SE at 7-10knot.
