BALI / INDONESIA
19th August 2016
Hey everyone and thanks for stopping by the baliwaves (bringing ya’s a little bit of Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination, BALI !
Well this mornings 6.45AM surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban was showing wave height to have dropped down into the 2-2ft+ range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. The wind was already fresh off shore outta the East and the tide starting to fill in. Middle Reef was looking the best at the time.
So our crew thought we’d head up to the Legian strip of beach breaks to make the most out of the smaller waves. We were on the scene at 7.45AM to find some nice little left and right banks in our area. Wave height on the set waves was still in the head high class as it shows in today’s photo gallery. The waves did get a bit more consistent and a little bigger as the tide hit the top.
Weather wise its been a mostly hot and sunny day here on the holiday island with the mercury topping out at 32 degree’s Celsius.
