Hello friends and thanks for tuning again to the baliwaves. Hey and how about showing some love and take a look at the flashing banner over to the right of this. We are hoping to raise some so we can get some new camera equipment and helping you save some money at the same time. We’ve been doing our part here at baliwaves since ’99 bringing you a little bit of Bali each day, so show some love if you can.
Ok so we have not stopped the last week or so, it’s been waves waves waves here on the No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination. Today’s photo gallery mostly features where we were surfing yesterday the 31st at Canggu. My early morning surf check on the Outer reefs was only showing wave height in the 2-3ft+ range so we thought we’d head up to the Gu to get some fun waves in. But an hour later and we were looking at maxing our Canggu but with some nice waves breaking in between the closeouts. We had our boards so what else were we going to do, go surf right.
The last part of this gallery was shot while we were having some fun waves up along the perfect beach breaks of Legian on the 30th. Wave height was only in the 2-3ft range but with clean off shore wind, perfect little waves and hardly anyone in the water were we surfed.
Weather wise the last couple of days it’s just been hot and sunny and I have the sun burn to back it up.
Outside right now (31st of October) we have a mostly blue sky out there and hardly a breath of wind. So while all the zombies are still sleeping their hang overs from last nights hollowween parties around Bali we’ll be heading off to find some more waves. So stay tuned to the baliwaves through the morning for more news and up dates via our Twitter and Instagram feeds.
I’ve also got more photos from the Mentawai Islands and the ever famous G-Land to load up for ya’s, but first we gotta go surfing ok.
