BALI / INDONESIA
1st – 2nd February 2017
Hello surfers and thanks again for taking the time out to flick through the baliwaves (the original Bali surf report website since back in 1999) for our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination, Bali.
I think we have hit the ticket limit and just about ready to get the draw happening. Give me a couple more days to confirm the last tickets.
So here’s a fresh batch of photos that we have collected over the last two days over on the East side of the island. It was hard work getting them as it’s been mostly raining all the time that we have been on the scene. Wave height has been ranging from shoulder to almost double head high as the tide started to run in through the mornings. The wind has also been a little less brutal through the early morning before swinging more to the WSW around 10.00AM and packing a punch at 15 – 23knots. Hey but that’s Bali right, even though it’s been raining and the wind howling there has still been some near perfect waves peeling off left and right.
Weather wise, it’s been good weather for ducks. Temperature wise the mercury has been peaking down in the 25 – 27 degree mark the last couple of days.
There have been some pretty radical changes in traffic direction around Kuta so get ready for traffic jams in the area until it gets back to normal, hopefully soon..
Alright then that’s me for now but stay tuned cause we’ll be back out on the wave hunt again tomorrow.
While your here make sure you check out all our sponsors / advertisers and help us by supporting them as well, thanks again for dropping into the baliwaves
