BALI / INDONESIA
10th – 11th September 2017
Hi peeps and anothe rbig welcome back to the baliwaves (keeping you in touch with Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from here on the happy little Hindu island of Bali.
Here we go with the start of another surfing week, not to mention that we did plenty through the weekend gone by either. This current photos gallery we shot here on Bali’s West Coast yesterday. As it shows wave height was mainly in the 2-3ft class with some slightly over head 4ft freak sets as the tide started to creep in. Surfing conditions were clean and tidy with the wind off shore coming out of the ESE – SE.
Today the 11th and we were out there chasing waves again this morning here along the West Coast. It looked like wave height had a little pulse in size this morning with some 2-4 footers coming through while the tide was still on the bottom of the low. We also shot a tonne of photos again today and I’ll do my best to get them on line for ya’s ASAP. Surfing conditions today were clean and glassy for the morning sess before the SE wind blew in cross / on shore around 9.00AM.
Weather wise it’s been mostly hot and sunny and right now at 4.25PM the temperature is still on 29 degree’s Celsius. Humidity is at 66% and the Wind coming fresh out of the SE at 12 – 16knot.

Another important issue for the locals here in Bali especially with winter going down in the Southern Hemisphere and the season for super flu in Australia. Please don’t bring flu’s and virus strains with you on holidays. Make sure you get to the Doctor first before getting on the plane and infecting all the passengers and then maybe infecting everyone you come in contact with here in Bali. You wouldn’t go to work with the Flu so don’t bring it to Bali please.
