BALI / INDONESIA
2nd November 2017
Hello surfers and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (bringing you a little bit of Bali each day since back in 1999) for today’s latest news and our best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Ok so this morning’s surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban was showing wave height to have backed off and down in the 2-4ft+ class between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Surfing conditions were clean and glassy with only a light hint of NW wind and the tide running in. Kuta Reef was looking the most fun at the time.
But from there we decided to take a run over to the East Coast hoping to find a little better size. It was spot on with clean and glassy conditions and head to almost triple head high set waves peeling of in A frame fashion. Crowd wise it wasn’t too bad with around 25 surfers on the Main Peak and plenty of waves coming through.
Weather wise there was one or two clouds hanging about but all in all it was mostly a hot and sunny morning on Bali’s East Coast. Right now at 3.30PM the temperature is still a warm 30 degree’s Celsius, Humidity is at 71%. Wind direction in now coming out of the W-WSW at 5-8knot.
Ok crew tomorrow I’ve gotta get the car in for a slightly over due.. service but Ketut should be out on the wave hunt getting us some fresh photos to check out in the mean time. Stay safe and stay tuned to the original Bali surf report website ok.
