Hello surfers and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves (delivering the news from Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and our best possible views on sufing and weather conditions from here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination, Bali.
Ok so yesterday the 9th and we were hoping to see a little more swell around the place but there wasn’t really much change. We were on the scene around 7.30AM and as it shows in our latest photo gallery wave height was pretty much in the waist to should high region with some, bit of a wait, sets pushing head high. Being a Saturday there was also quite a few more surfers in the water with some of the local boys tearing it up as usual. Small waves but definitely a lot of fun being had.
Weather wise it was a mostly clear Saturday morning with some cloud moving through by late morning. Temperature wise the mercury would have easily toppled 31 degree’s Celsius.
Yesterday we also had a good view of Mt Agung and at first it looked nice and peaceful dominating the landscape of North Eastern Bali. But it wasn’t long and she was puffing a little grey smoke, around every 20 mins or so and then back to quite.
