BALI / INDONEISA
11th – 12th June 2018
Hello surfers and welcome aboard the baliwaves (keeping you in the loop with Bali’s surf scene since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination and gateway to Indonesia’s surfing paradise, Bali.
Ok so on the 11th as you may have read we were out fishing off Bali’s West Coast, mixing it up and having some fun with our old Balinese fishing buddies. It was a lot of fun and we ended up with some nice fish at the end of the day. WE were in close to the reefs for most of the morning and there were some nice waves hitting all reefs from Balangan through to Uluwatu with Ulu picking up some solid 5ft sets.
Yesterday the 12th and as it shows in our latest photo gallery we were back down on the Southern end of the island at one of our favorite (they are all our fav locations) locations of Balangan. We waited until the tide was well and truely on the run out. But even though it was only 2-3ft+ those little waves still pack some power and punch.
Surfing conditions were clean and tidy with the wind coming out of the ESE at 8-10knot.
Weather wise there was a little bit of cloud passing through but mostly warm and sunny as you would expect here in Bali.
Ok that’s me for now as it’s time to start get ready for today’s waves (4.19AM), the early bird gets the worm right. Have a good one and stay tuned to the original Bali surf report for more news and up dates through out the morning.
