BALI / INDONESIA
26th – 27th March 2019
Hello people and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (the hard to go past Bali surf report website since 1999) For our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions here on the island of the Gods, and the No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination and gateway to Indonesia’s surfing paradise, Bali.
Alright then here’s an action packed with some color fresh photo gallery from where we have been surfing the last 2 days. On the 26th we were back over on the East Coast surfing rights and then this morning we were down on the bukit surfing Uluwatu in super clean conditions. So if it’s a right it’s the East Coast an if it’s a left it’s gotta be Uluwatu right.
We pulled up around 6.45AM to a virtually empty car park at Uluwatu this morning, so we had half the battle won already. It turned out there were already 5 surfers in the water with wave height only showing in the 2-3ft class while the tide was on the bottom of the Low. But as thye tide did start to fill in wave height grew to the well over head class out on the Main Peak. It wasn’t until around 9.00AM that the line up quickly started to over fill so we had a good couple of hours in already.
Weather wise it hasn’t been too bad a day here on the West Coast with mostly blue sky. Early morning light and variable wind that ended up dedicating to the Western quadrant around 10.00AM
Tomorrow’s Surf Forecast is still showing to be showing similar in size as to what we had today but maybe dropping off a touch after lunch. Hopefully we will also see more light and variable wind again, fingers crossed.
