****MIDDAY SURF UP DATE****
A big hello to everyone tuning into the baliwaves (’99) for another look at surfing and weather conditions on the ever alluring tropical holiday island of Bali.
Hey and as you’ve already seen Ketut has been back up to Keramas and delivered us another gallery to show us how the waves have been. Small but fun would have to sum up the morning conditions at Keramas. Waist to head high waves with the very occasional bigger freak set. With the slight drop in wave height the line up had around 20 – 30 surfers in the water at time
Surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban was only showing wave height to be breaking in the knee to knee high plus range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Wind direction has been light and variable through the mornings.
Hopefully by tomorrow the lucky buggers up there in Bali might see a little spike in wave height that is looking like getting them through until the 8th – 9th.
Here in Newcastle wave height has been pretty small with the odd 2 footer. Weather wise it’s been brutally hot and looks like continuing that way for a couple more days to come. I’ve still got a few things left to take care of here and hope to be back in Bali within the next 7 days (fingers crossed).
Ok then have a good one and as soon as I get some new photos I’ll let ya’s all know.
