****MORNING SURF UP DATE****
Hi folks and welcome back to your baliwaves (’99) for today’s latest news on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Starting off with a 7.00AM surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban to see that wave height has dropped off a little more again this morning. Waist to head high only breaking between Kuta Reef and Airport Left with the tide already starting to run in towards a big 2.3mtr High through late morning / midday. At the time Middle Reef was looking the best and there was already a bunch of surfers out there in the line up. There might be a few little fun sized waves breaking on Airport Left with just a little bit more tide.
Surfing conditions were clean and tidy with the SE off shore Tradewind still only at 7-10knot, no where near as strong as yesterday but will more than likely increase in strength through out the day.
Looking for a wave today; as mentioned above, or you could also find some nice beach breaks anywhere along the Kuta to Legian stretch of beach. Down Uluwatu you’d be looking at shoulder to over head high waves on the Main Peak and Temple section.
Today’s photo gallery is courtesy of our old friends at Hendra Surf Photography located down right in front of the stairs leading down to “The Cave” at Uluwatu.
Weather wise outside right now at 9.15AM we have a mainly sunny blue sky, the outside temperature is sitting on 26 degree’s Celsius with the humidity at 79%. The wind is still pretty much coming out of the SE but now gusting into the 12-14knot class.
