****AFTERNOON SURF UP DATE****
Hello all and thanks for taking the time out to drop by the baliwaves (’99) for the one and only original Bali surf report for the latest news on today’s surfing and weather conditions from right here on the best bet surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Ok folks it’s been a helluva long one again for me today, as you can see we hit the highway west for Balian around 4.45AM this morning. (after a pretty well all night BBQ here at home base). Arriving at the scene around 6.45AM to see 4 surfers in the water with wave height in the chest to well over head range. Clean surfing conditions with an early morning off shore NW wind @ 3-5knot. And it stayed clean through until around 10.30AM and even then it was still very clean right through until we headed home.
I’ve also got a tonne more photos from our friends at Hendra Surf Photography to go through and edit and as soon as I take a break (after the brutal drive back to Tuban) I’ll get them loaded into the Readers Report page for ya’s.
Weather wise it was a mainly overcast day up at Balian with even a few drops of rain thrown in.
