****AFTERNOON SURF UP DATE****
Howdy folks and thanks for dropping by the baliwaves.com (still the best since 1999) for the latest news on surfing and weather conditions from here on your first choice tropical surfing holiday island of BALI.
Our mandatory 6.30AM surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban had wave height showing in the waist to head high range with the occasional bigger set hitting Middle Reef. With the morning High tide Kuta Reef and Airport Left were looking a touch smaller than yesterday, but still some fun waves to be had.
As it shows in today’s photo gallery Ketut decided on a change of location and caught Canggu on the morning tide. According to the man and as it shows, wave height was hitting all 3 main breaks at Canggu in the chest to head high plus sector. 15 surfers riding the right hander, 3 surfers on the sand bar and another few more on the left hand reef.
Just to polish off today’s gallery and to kick start the weekend Dave at the G-Land Surf Camp has been emailing us some photos of yesterday’s action at G-Land.
The next tide today is going to be a 0.6mtr Low at 2.37PM.
Surfing conditions today have been on par for this time of the year. Starting off with a light NE’r and then the E-SE Trade wind kicking in around 10.30 and slowy building in strength since.
