****MORNING SURF UP DATE****
Hi folks and welcome back to your baliwaves (Bali’s first since 1999) for today’s news and views on surfing and weather conditions from here on every sane surfers favorite tropical holiday destination of BALI.
So, this mornings 6.45Am surf recon on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was showing a definite drop in wave height. With the tide running out for a 0.8mtr Low scheduled for 11.54AM there wasn’t a lot breaking on Kuta Reef or Airport Left, around waist to waist high plus. But Middle Reef sticks out a little further and being better suited to the lower end of the tide was producing some fun little waves in the waist to head high class. Surfing conditions were as expected for Bali, clean and tidy with the wind blowing off shore outta the E-SE at 9-12knot. Only around half a dozen surfers in the water when I checked.
The next high tide today will be a 1.6mtr High at 5.53PM
Weather wise our day started off with some big and fat rain clouds and we did get some early scttered light rain here in Tuban. Currently right now at 11.15pm the out side temperature is sitting on a warm 27 degree’s Celsius, Humidity level is at 77%. Wind direction is SE at 12 – 16knot+
Photo wise for ya’s today what we have is another classic 100+ photo session that was shot down at Bingin yesterday by our good friends at ESP (Ego Surf Photography). So as soon as we get those tidied up they’ll be on line.
