**** MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** G’day crew and welcome back to baliwaves ! Good news, my 6.45am surf recon of the Outer Reefs this morning was showing a definite improvement in wave size. Well it couldn’t of gotten much smaller than yesterday to tell ya’s the truth. Kuta Reef was still only producing the odd 2 footer but across on Middle reef the keen eye could see 2-3ft set waves and already a couple of riders out there. Airport left was the pick of the Outer Reefs with consistent looking 2-3 foot waves, and only 6 surfers in the water. Wind direction was clean and true outta the ESE @ 2-4knot and off-shore all the way down to Uluwatu. The next tide will be a High of 2.6 mtrs between the hours of 11.00am and 12.00pm. Then we will get a pretty dry Low tide happening through the late afternoon down to 0.1mtrs. Weather wise we had a nice blue sky to start off the days events but now @ 8.30am there is some cloud drifting over. Hopefully we should see wave height continue to build in size over today especially as the tide gathers some momentum on the run in. Me, well I suppose I had better get my lazy butt down to Uluwatu and get ya’s a birds eye view of whats happening down there. So if you want to see how it really is up close make sure ya drop back by later this afternoon, hopefully I’ll get some fresh Video footage ! Alright then have a good one what eva ya got going on and don’t forget to telephone your travel guy today and organise your flights to the World’s No.1 Surfing destination of Bali ! Best Regards.
