Canggu Surf Report – 5th December 2025
It was a small but clean morning at Keramas today, with fun little 2-3ft runners on offer from first light. I was down there from about 7am through to 10am. The tide was on the push toward the late-morning high, which helped shape things up nicely even though the swell wasn’t offering much size. Conditions were classic Keramas, a light offshore grooming the faces and a warm, sunny morning across the coast.
Only around ten surfers were out, so the lineup felt relaxed for a change. A mellow crew trading waves and enjoying the clean conditions.
Weather & Tides
As of this morning it’s sitting around 26°C, overcast to partly cloudy with light southwest wind. Warm and humid with some clearer patches pushing through as the morning unfolds.
For the rest of today we have a late-morning high of 10:26am at 1.8m, dropping steadily into the afternoon before bottoming out at 3:36pm with a low of 0.7m.
Surf Forecast
The swell forecast shows a small and playful run of swell continuing through the next few days. Light winds early should keep mornings clean across the east side. Nothing major on the charts, but there’s a gentle lift expected heading into Sunday as a new pulse moves up from the south, just enough to bring Keramas back to life with a bit more punch. Beyond that, conditions ease again mid-week with light winds and mostly clean mornings to follow.
I stayed with Slim in 2017 a champ, baliwaves is his legacy lets keep it strong to support his family for the greater good. We miss you always. Regards Simonchelli
