**** MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** Howdy folks, and yes, welcome to day 9 of perfect waves in Bali. Well I’ve been a bit pissed off, I mean checking the surf every morning between 6.00-6.30am every day. So I decided it was my turn for a dawn patrol today. I got out to Kuta Reef around 6.30am to find there was already 5 surfers out in the 2-4 foot perfect left handers. Oh yeah BTW these new photos I’ve loaded for ya today I shot out at Kuta Reef about 45 minutes before sunset yesterday afternoon. There was a mellow crew of surfers in the water at Kuta Reef this morning and some good surfing by the crew from the Gold Coast. Further across at Middle Reef wave height was more in the 3-5 foot class while Airport Left was also looking pretty good in the 2-3ft+ range. Wind direction was clean and true, off-shore outta the ESE. Only light in the 2-4 knot strength up until around 7.00am when the Tradewind well and truelly started to crank into the 8-10 knot range. Outside now at 11.30am we have blue sky and waves galore to choose from. Another perfect day at the beach in Bali with the temperature sitting on 29 degree’s Celcius and the water temp @ 22-23 degree’s Celcius. Alright then reef riders have a top day out there where eva ya may be, cause ya know the crew already here in Bali will be ! Best Regards from Your Bali.
A little while back I mentioned something about baliwaves.com wanting to help out with a charity organisation carring for Balinese Orphans , by finding kind hearted folks to sponsor kids for their basic schooling needs. Well just for now if anyone would like a bit more information please send an email to: [email protected]
Purnie will be able to pass on all the info. It doesn’t cost much to provide a poor little kid with a school uniform, school fee’s and books.
Here’s a quick up-date on the Bali Orphan Project, last week baliwaves.com found sponsors for 3 unfortunate Balinese kiddies. Now if we can only keep the momentum going I know we can do some more, AU$8.00 per month per year for everything needed to put a child in school.
