**** MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** Welcome to the baliwaves this wintery Sunday morning. My 6.30am surf recon of the Outer Reefs was showing some nice swell hitting Middle Reef in the 2-4ft+ range. Not much happening over on Kuta Reef or Airport Left while the tide was still running down to a 0.7mtr Low Tide set for 8.00am. But they should both start to produce some waves around mid morning when the tide makes it’s run up to a High Tide of 2.2mtrs set for 2.00pm. The wind direction for now is already coming outta the SSE @ 4-8knot, hopefully it’ll swing more to the ESE and pure off-shore at some stage of the day. NB: this wind info is collected from me feeling it on my face, I don’t hang out in no office or no shop or go to no meetings… for that matter. I hang out down the beach, how else am I gunna get an accurate idea of what’s going on ? Another cool morning temeperature wise outside with solid cloud cover, and I gotta say, the last few days have been abnormally colder than what I can ever remember. What the hell, we got swell and off-shore wind on the Outer Reefs for the surf starved crew here on vacation. Ya can’t go wrong in Bali with the way the dollar exchange rates are either: AU$=Rp6,800 / US$9,100. Ok crew I’m going to try and load up some gallery photos later on this evening, so see if ya know any one appearing. Enjoy your Sunday where ever ya are out there, because ya know the Bali Holiday crew are laughing. Best Regards from Your Bali.
