**** MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** Hey g’day crew, thanks for calling by the baliwaves for the Sunday session. There wasn’t much change in surfing conditions yesterday, if anything wave height was slowly dropping down through out the afternoon. So there was no rush down to the beach this morning. When I did get down there at 8.30am wave height was showing at a meagre one to one and half foot between Kuta Reef to Airport left. The wind was clean off-shore coming outta the ESE-SE @ 3-7knot for starters, but you can count on it reaching upta 15knot by midday. If you were looking for waves today your best bet is down at Uluwatu, as usual. Weather wise today everything is shaping up nicely with a mainly blue sky that should help to push the mercury into the low thirties Celcius (outta the wind that is). The water temp is still fine for a swim in boardshorts or bikini’s at 21 degree’s Celcius. Ok I’ve got some fresh bodyboarding photos to load on the BB page. You lot have got new video clips on this page + I’m gunna be loading some more tube riders up for ya’s later on this afternoon. By the way don’t go too far away from your PC (unless your coming over to Bali that is) cause we have some serious swell in transit and it’s gunna be on very soon ! That’s about it for now, have a top Sunday what eva ya got going and Best Regards from Your Bali.
baliwaves.com wants to help out with a charity organisation caring for Balinese Orphans, by finding kind hearted folks to sponsor kids for their basic schooling needs. So drop us an email if you’d like to help out. It doesn’t cost much to provide a poor little kid with a school uniform, school fee’s and books.
Here’s a quick up-date on the Bali Orphan Project , last week baliwaves.com found sponsors for 3 unfortunate Balinese kiddies. Now if we can only keep the momentum going I know we can do some more, AU$8.00 per month per year for everything needed to put a child in school.
Feel free to send us an email if ya have any questions that might help your next Indo surfing holiday run that bit smoother. Discounts into the G-Land camp of your choice. How to get over to Lakey Peak and still have money to spread around. Likewise if your looking for a cheap, clean and 100% surfer friendly place to home base at here in Bali.
